Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations

WHO CAN SUBMIT AN ORAL OR POSTER PRESENTATION?

  • 4 oral presentation slots are available to allow young researchers (PhD students and postdoctoral researchers) to present their recent work.

  • We also encourage all participants to contribute to the poster session, which will provide an overview of the latest advances in nanoscience research in the Île-de-France region.

We therefore warmly invite you to submit an oral contribution and to let us know if you plan to present a poster.

Abstracts for oral presentations

Abstracts for oral presentations must be submitted via the “Oral Presentation Submission” page.

⚠️ Important: make sure to include the complete list of authors when submitting your abstract.

🗓️ Submission deadline: March 10

Poster presentations

If you wish to present a poster, the submission is handled directly through the online registration form. You will simply be asked to provide the title of your poster and the list of authors.

For logistical reasons, please make sure to confirm your participation with a poster during registration. This information is required to organize the poster display and to ensure that sufficient poster boards are available.

🗓️ Registration deadline: March 17

Language of the event

To ensure accessibility for all participants, the event will be conducted primarily in English.
All abstracts and presentation materials (slides) must therefore be written in English.
